SHARES is Unilever’s global share plan which gives you the opportunity to buy Unilever shares and get free shares in return!
It’s easy to enrol and by contributing as little as $12 a month, you can invest in the business you are helping to build.
We’ve done all we can to make becoming a Unilever shareholder as simple as possible.

How do I enrol?
Your enrolment invitation will be sent via email on 01 November when the enrolment window opens.
Log on to netbenefits.com/unilever. If this is your first time logging on to Fidelity NetBenefits, click Register Now and follow the new-user prompts.
After you log on, click Enroll under 'Unilever SHARES Plan' and complete the steps as advised.
Important Note: The ‘Payroll Deduction Amount’ is the SHARES monthly contribution amount you select. Your monthly contribution amount may be deducted from your salary by payroll over up to 4 paychecks per month, depending on your pay period frequency.
Already enrolled? You will be automatically re-enrolled for 2025 for the same monthly contribution amount, unless the minimum and maximum contribution in your local currency has changed.
If you want to change your monthly contribution amount, click ESPP Contribution Balance on the Stock Plan Summary Page of your account at www.netbenefits.com and select Change Contribution Rate.
If you haven’t received an invitation, and believe you are eligible to join SHARES, please contact your People Partner.
Timeline 2024-2025
Dividend Payment*
Dividends are paid on Unilever shares you own as of November 2024.
Investment Period Ends
Your contributions from October to December 2024 will be used soon to buy shares.
SHARES Contributions Begin
Your first contribution for 2025 will be deducted from your pay cheque(s) every month**.
Investment Shares Are Purchased & Match Shares Awarded*
Your contributions from October to December 2024 are used to buy Unilever shares and the company awards you with Match Shares.
Dividend Payment*
Dividends are paid on the Unilever shares you own as of February 2025.
Investment Period Ends
Your contributions from January to March will be used soon to buy shares.
Investment Shares Are Purchased & Match Shares Awarded
Your contributions from the last Investment Period are used to buy Unilever shares and the company awards you with Match Shares.
Dividend Payment
Dividends are paid on Unilever shares you own as of May 2025.
Enrolment Period for 2025 closes
You can join SHARES or change your contribution amounts next November 2025, when SHARES enrolment opens again.
