SHARES is Unilever’s global share plan which gives you the opportunity to buy Unilever shares and get free shares in return!
It’s easy to enrol and by contributing as little as €10 a month, you can invest in the business you are helping to build.
We’ve done all we can to make becoming a Unilever shareholder as simple as possible.

How do I enrol?
Your enrolment invitation will be sent via email on 3rd November when the enrolment window opens.
Go to www.equateplus.com and input your USER ID (displayed at the top of your invite), your registered email and your date of birth.
Once you have registered, you will receive a temporary password. Please follow the prompts and complete the steps as advised.
Click on the Enrol task on your Overview Homepage and follow the prompts to sign up to SHARES.
If you don't have a Unilever email address, we will need your contact details to send you your SHARES invitation.
Go to https://portal-uk.digital.computershare.com/unilever/registration/ and submit your form.
Already enrolled? You will be automatically re-enrolled for 2026 for the same monthly contribution amount, unless the minimum and maximum contribution in your local currency has changed.
If you want to change your monthly contribution amount during the annual enrolment period, click on the Enrolment task on the Overview Homepage of your account at www.equateplus.com.

Dividend Payment*
Dividends are paid on Unilever shares you own as of November 2025.
Investment Period Ends
Your contributions from October to December 2025 will be used soon to buy shares.
SHARES Contributions Begin
Your first contribution for 2026 will be deducted from your pay cheque(s) every month**.
Investment Shares Are Purchased & Match Shares Awarded*
Your contributions from October to December 2025 are used to buy Unilever shares and the company awards you with Match Shares.
Dividend Payment*
Dividends are paid on the Unilever shares you own as of February 2026.
Investment Period Ends
Your contributions from January to March will be used soon to buy shares.
Investment Shares Are Purchased & Match Shares Awarded
Your contributions from the last Investment Period are used to buy Unilever shares and the company awards you with Match Shares.
Dividend Payment
Dividends are paid on Unilever shares you own as of May 2026.
Enrolment Period for 2026 closes
You can join SHARES or change your contribution amounts next November 2026, when SHARES enrolment opens again.

Investment Period Ends
Your contributions from October to December 2025 will be used soon to buy shares.
